APS will be sending certified PDF high school transcripts and enrollment verification through a service called Parchment.
   • High School Transcripts are available in Parchment for all APS students who graduated or left APS prior to 2018.? If you graduated between 2019 and 2023 your high school transcript requests must be made to the LAST APS school attended.

   • Copies of records are only released to third parties or parents of students age 18 or older with written consent from the student. 2. Where to make your request for a Middle School Transcript:

• If the student is currently attending or last attended 杏吧视频 in the past 5 years, submit your request to the LAST school attended.
• If a student attended an APS middle school and progressed to an APS high school, the remaining records are at the high school.
• If the student last attended an APS school in the 2016-17 school year or an earlier school year, make your request at

Requests will be processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), excluding holidays and weather-related closings. The Records Office will contact the requester?if further information is needed to proceed or if documents are not located.

Requests are typically fulfilled within FIVE (5) business days, except in instances when additional information is needed.

Student records are maintained in the local schools for 5 years after a student withdrawals/leaves the school division. Record are then sent to the Office of Student Services for permanent storage. A signed consent from a parent or legal guardian is needed, if the student is under 18 years of age. Copies of records are only released to third parties or parents of students age 18 or older with written consent from the student and a copy of a government issued photo ID (driver’s license, non driver’s license, state ID, passport or military ID). Where to make your request for Elementary School Record:

• If the student is currently attending or last attended 杏吧视频 in the past 5 years, submit your request to the LAST school attended.
• If a student attended an APS middle school and progressed to an APS high school, the remaining records are at the high school last attended.
• If it’s been more than 5 years that the student last attended an APS school, make your request to the Syphax Education Center, Records Clerk.? There is a $4.00 processing fee per Elementary School Record.

Requests will be processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), excluding holidays and weather-related closings. All mailed requests must include payment by money order or?cashier’s check, a copy of a valid photo ID, and completed Student Records Request Form.
